Working on a Nervous Breakdown!

Is what John Byrne appears to be doing in this next recreated page of She-Hulk:-

Last week after going through a number of submissions for she-hulks comic to replace John Byrne on the basis that he was dead, She-hulk found he wasn’t dead after all but knocked on the head and locked in the closet by Renee…

In other words after poking fun at all the other artists featured so far John byrne is saving the most cutting parodic elements in the comic for a depiction of himself, as after all turn about is fair play

John on this page is almost frothing at the mouth, still what on earth could he have produced for the next issue of she-hulk that could have provoked such a reaction from Renee and what will she-hulks reaction to his submission be?

We will find out in TWO WEEKS time

NEXT WEEK - It’s Issue one of DOCTOR DOOM STRIKES BACK!

You’re not Dead?

Continuing from last week, We now see She-Hulk react to pages that do not exist in my recreation:-

In the hopes that someone will come up with a better comic to be the She-Hulk comic that everyone actually wants to buy and won’t get cancelled (like all She-Hulk comics have to date, including of course the run of comics just after this very issue)

Anyway She-hulk decides she has had enough with the mysterious thumping thats been going on throughout the comic and finds none other than John Byrne, who is not only clearly not dead, but rather full of himself…

So we have gone through almost a whole entire comic devoted to finding other artists to create She-hulk on that basis that John Byrne was dead, what on earth can John have done that is so bad…?

We find out more, NEXT WEEK

The Inker Did The Best He Could to Save It…

Is She-Hulk’s response to the previous page which was recreated by Howard Mackie directly from other artists works, including John Byrne:-

The Inker in question is implied as being none other than John Byrne himself

Still on this page, which is clearly written and drawn by John Byrne She-Hulk makes the second reference to cancelling her comic, unless Renes own choice of creators for the comic get past more than 2 pages worth of She-Hulk reading it…

Which marks the point where this recreation by myself is going to take a bit of a tangent - As I am not going to reproduce those pages

The real ironic thing is that She-hulks comic did indeed get cancelled only after few issues of the creative team that did follow John Byrne, for all the surreal attempts by all the creators so far, the creative team eventually picked didn’t do so well

And this seems to be again, by confidence a timely thing, as She-hulks latest comic is also due for cancelation soon

http://www.themarysue.com/she-hulk-cancelled/

So it seems wrong to revel in such things - so I am going to skip the next few pages entirely and just move on to She-hulks reaction to reading a comic you are not going to see

And leave it as an open invitation for anyone, including apparently Marvel to come up with something to fill in the gap that would meet with She-Hulks approval…

NEXT WEEK:- Someone finally comes out of the closet…
